NOTICE REGARDING PROPOSED RATE ADOPTION

The public hearing regarding the proposed new rates was duly held at the Board meeting on May 19, 2026. At that time, the Board received public comment and protests in connection with the proposed rate adoption, after which the public comment and protest period was formally closed.

Following the close of the protest period, the Board continued the matter of rate adoption to a Special Meeting scheduled for 6pm on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at the District office. The continuance was granted to allow staff sufficient time to verify the protests received prior to the Board taking final action.

Further information regarding the Special Meeting will be made available in accordance with applicable notice requirements.
