NEW, INCREASED WATER AND WASTEWATER RATES ADOPTED

The public hearing regarding the proposed new rates was duly held at the Board meeting on May 19, 2026. At that time, the Board received public comment and protests in connection with the proposed rate adoption, after which the public comment and protest period was formally closed.  Following the close of the protest period, the Board continued the matter of rate adoption to a Special Meeting scheduled for 6pm on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at the District office.

At the June 2, 2026 Board meeting, increased water and wastewater rates were adopted as presented in Ordinance 2026-01 and 2026-02, below.
